Ovations
Executive Chef Brian Aspell reinvents the experience at Ovations at the
Killington Grand Resort Hotel and Spa. Chef Apell's approach has been
described as, "a contemporary presentation of culinary classics". Last
winter's most popular entrees, Ravioli Brodo and Lamb Wellington,
epitomize his vision and flare. This season, look for more nightly
specials and a wine list with added depth and character. Also of note,
many ingredients used in Chef Aspell's kitchen are sourced locally,
including the chicken, cheese, apples, produce and of course the maple
syrup. And back by popular demand, don't miss Ovations breakfast buffet
that is served until 11 a.m. daily just across the bridge from Snowshed
Lodge. Bon appetit! 802-422-6111
